I have started to see this asymmetric skirt pop up everywhere this season. Every fast fashion brand seems to have at least one, if not a whole slew of similar styles. Its an awkward piece of clothing since its both mini and maxi, revealing and concealing.
This challenge was tough for me. I think this short/long/sexy/not-sexy skirt trend needs to be gone by next summer. Amen? Amen.
Finishing our “one item three ways series” with this summer music festival ensemble. I decided to incorporate summer’s tribal trend into my picks. I’m mad about this printed tulip dress. It’s the perfect mix of crazy and ladylike.

Well if J is calling the jean jacket the next big thing it must be true. Pulling an outfit together with this item was a challenge for me since I was scarred for life by my very serious jean jacket phase in the early 2000s. I had to go back to my motto: when in doubt, wear skinny jeans. This little ensemble has me rethinking my denim ban.
